HOW WE DIGITIZE

More than turning a logo
into stitches.

A JPG or PNG can't be sewn. Before a machine can embroider your logo, someone has to build the stitch file by hand: where each section starts, which way the thread runs, how dense the fill should be, and how the whole design behaves on real fabric. That step is embroidery digitizing, and it's what we do.

We digitize left-chest logos, cap designs, full-back artwork, team uniforms and workwear. You send the artwork and tell us the size and the garment. We send back an embroidery file in the format your machine reads, such as DST, PES, JEF or EMB.

Pricing is simple. Designs up to 5 inches (left-chest size) start at $10, and larger designs are $25. Details are on the embroidery digitizing pricing page.

Underlay and pull compensation

Fabric stretches and thread pulls it in. We plan the underlay and compensate for it so outlines stay crisp and small lettering doesn't fill in.

Sensible stitch counts

Every extra stitch costs machine time and raises the risk of puckering. We keep density where the design needs it and simplify where it doesn't.

Planned for your garment

A polo, a structured cap and a jacket back all behave differently. Tell us what you're sewing on and we plan for it.

FAQ

Common
questions.

What embroidery file formats do you provide?

Common machine formats including DST, PES, JEF and EMB. Choose the one you need on the order form, or ask us if you're not sure which your machine reads.

How much does embroidery digitizing cost?

Designs up to 5 inches, which is the usual left-chest size, are $10. Designs larger than 5 inches are $25. Everything is priced by finished design size.

What does left chest size mean?

It's the standard logo size for the left side of a polo or shirt, usually around 3 to 4 inches wide. For pricing, we treat any design up to 5 inches as left-chest size.

Can you digitize a low-quality or blurry logo?

Often, yes. If the image is too rough to stitch cleanly, we can rebuild it as clean artwork first with our vector art service, then digitize from that.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Upload your artwork, fill in the order form and we take it from there.
